IDEAL STUDENT PROJECT SCHEDULE

      • Register project in STEM Wizard

        • Complete previous tasks, if needed
        • Complete and upload all NHSEE and ISEF forms to STEM Wizard. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE REQUESTING SRC APPROVAL.
        • Develop an initial Research Plan and upload it to STEM Wizard. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE REQUESTING SRC APPROVAL.
        • Request IRB or SRC approval, prior to experimentation, if needed
      		  
      December
              • Complete previous tasks, if needed
              • Check for pre-approval deadline and submit paperwork, if needed
              • Begin experimentation, design, or prototyping
              • Resolve any experimental, design, or prototype issues as you progress.
              • Revise Research Plan as needed.
      		 SRC Pre- Approval Deadline
       January
              • Complete previous tasks, if needed
              • Continue experimentation, design, or prototyping
              • Continue to resolve any experimental, design, or prototype issues as you progress.
              • Revise Research Plan as needed.
      		  
       February
              • Complete previous tasks, if needed
              • Complete experimental or project work.
              • Final Files and Forms deadline
              • Pay registration fee
