Expo Day

We are currently planning that the coming Expo event will be on-site, Thursday, March 20, with a snow date of Friday, March 21. Additional details will be posted as they develop.  Contact Us if you have questions.

Schedule March 20, 2025

7:45 – 8:15         Judge Registration (in Atrium; breakfast/snacks in Green Room)

8:00 – 9:00         Students Arrive/Register/Project set-up (front foyer and gymnasium of Wellness Center)

8:00 – 9:00         Display & Safety Review (in Gym)

8:15 – 9:00         Judge Orientation (in Auditorium)

9:00 – 12:00       Judging (in Gym; use of Green Room and Atrium for additional space for scoring and completing forms)

12:00 – 1:00       Lunch Groups A/B (lunch served in NHTI Cafeteria; lunchtime activity – voluntary submission of questions to panelists)

              12:00 – 12:30 Group A

              12:30 – 1:00   Group B

12:00 – 1:45       Public Visitor Hours (in Gym; students at project booths while not at lunch)

1:45 – 2:00         Students pack up projects (leave materials on the tables) and transition to Auditorium

2:00 – 2:15         Welcome/Introductions (in Auditorium)

2:15 – 3:00         Panel Discussion with Industry STEM experts (in Auditorium)
